11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use Chat247 ceases immediately
• We may delete your data after a 30-day grace period
• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Costa Rica, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
